The Loyalty Program
The Loyalty Program is accessible only to guests who make a reservation through the Grand Hotel Tchaikovsky (by calling, emailing, or simply visiting www.tchotel.ru, where you can reserve a room).
In order to receive the Loyalty Card, ask for the hotel manager at the reception, who will then ask you to fill out a simple application.
Dear guests, the Loyalty Program terms and conditions are subject to change at the absolute discretion of the Grand Hotel Tchaikovsky staff.
The Grand Hotel Tchaikovsky staff has the right to withhold the Loyalty Card if the guests fail to respect the following Hotel Membership Terms.
The Grand Hotel Tchaikovsky Membership Terms
- You can receive either a Card (7% discount) or a promo code at the reception desk, provided that you stay at the Grand Hotel Tchaikovsky for the first time. You can ask for the Card right after checkout and use the Card during your next two stays.
- You can receive a Guest Card (10% discount) at the reception desk, provided that you stay at the Grand Hotel Tchaikovsky for the third time. You can ask for the Guest Card right after checkout and use it during your future stays.
- You can exchange the 10% discount Guest Card for a VIP Card that gives you a 15% discount at the reception desk, provided that you have stayed at the Grand Hotel Tchaikovsky more than seven times. You can ask for the VIP Card immediately after checking out and use it during your future stays.
- You can exchange the VIP card (15%) for a Loyalty Card (20% discount) at the reception desk, provided that you have stayed at the Grand Hotel Tchaikovsky more than twelve times. You can ask for the Loyalty Card right after checkout and use it during your future stays.
Dear guests, you can also buy the Loyalty Card (20% discount) at the reception desk for 12,000 rubles regardless of your number of stays.
Loyalty Membership Card Terms & Regulations
- The Loyalty Program is valid only when guests make a reservation through the Hotel Grand Hotel Tchaikovsky (by calling the Hotel Reception, emailing, or visiting the website www.tchotel.ru, where you can reserve a room).
- Each Loylaty Program member is responsible for presenting the membership card upon check-in and checkout. The Grand Hotel Tchaikovsky is not held responsible for guests that fail to show the membership card upon checkout and therefore miss out on the discount.
- The Grand Hotel Tchaikovsky can terminate a guest’s Membership, if he/she fails to respect the Hotel Roles and Regulations.
- The discount can be used to pay only for the accommodation; it cannot be used to cover additional services provided by the Hotel.
- The Loyalty Card can be replaced for 300 rubles if lost or damaged.
